The Tarpon River Civic Association (TRCA) is the official city organization of Tarpon River Neighborhood homeowners and residents who are committed to improving the quality of life and promoting a sense of community in our neighborhood. The Tarpon River Neighborhood boundaries are the New River on the north and west, Andrews Avenue on the east, and Davie Boulevard on the south.

The TRCA Board of Directors represents our organization as the official voice of the neighborhood to the City of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County and is very interested in your input. The more residents we have in our organization and the more participation we have among our membership, the better we represent the consensus of our residents and the louder our voice is heard. We want to know what issues are important to you and to get your feedback on current issues facing our area. We encourage you to become a member of TRCA and participate in our organization.
This site will provide a single place where Tarpon River residents can find news and information about our community.
The 2023 TRCA General Membership meetings are on February 23, May 18, August 24 and December 7 (Holiday Party). We meet at the South Side Cultural Arts Center at 7pm at 701 Sw Andrews Ave, 33316 (Andrews & SW 7th St). We try to hold our meetings to 90 minutes. Our programs include guest speakers addressing issues of interest or concern to our residents, a report from our local Police Officers, updates of ongoing issues and projects and announcements of upcoming events.
In addition to our membership meetings, TRCA holds several social events for our residents to meet and have fun together. Please see the calendar under the “Events” section of our site for upcoming events.
Dues for 2023 memberships will be $15 for an individual or $25 per household.
These dues help us pay for projects & improvements to our neighborhood, as well as the social events such as our Parties in the Park and Holiday Party.
You can pay online here under the “Membership” tab or fill out a membership form (in the Documents section) and mail a check to:
